New live work development scheduled for RiNo ~ look out Brighton Boulevard, the city is coming.

Brooke and Tom Gordon are planning on breaking ground in the first quarter of 2015 in RiNo. The mixed use development will include 23 townhouse, 100 condos and 40k square feet of retail space. The units will be high end, located between the 31st and 35th block of Brighton Boulevard. Exciting news for wanna-be condo buyers who cannot find new inventory (as there isn't any).
